The Change Flock is an informal monthly gathering for independent consultants, facilitators, researchers, and practitioners working in social change. The aim is to create a space for connection, mutual support, collaboration, and reflection in a time when consulting work can feel increasingly isolated and competitive. The underlying belief is that social change practitioners have a role that extends beyond paid contracts. The gathering creates room to explore not only “What work are we doing?” but also “What are we building in the world?”
