DEI, Anti-Racism and Culture Change

We provide:

  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Training for staff members at all levels of the organisation
  • DEI Training of Trainers (ToT) for facilitators, trainers, coaches, HR practitioners and others working with DEI issues
  • Group Coaching and Consultations for DEI Practitioners and Stewards (Senior Leadership Teams, DEI Committees, etc.), which may include developing and aligning DEI vision statements, strategies and policies
  • DEI Affinity Groups (Employee Resource Groups) to create safe spaces for building connections around issues specific to particular groups, without the pressure of being heard and observed by other groups
  • DEI Conflict Management aimed at clearing a particular conflict between individuals or within teams
  • Whiteness in Transformation, a coaching space for meeting the discomfort and moving towards change
  • Anti-Racism Resources for White People
