Zini Godden has been working in the fields of organisational development and personal development and leadership for the past 20 years, with a particular focus on facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues, strategic planning and organisational change management.
She has organised and facilitated several study tours and exchange visits to South Africa in the areas of Local Economic Development and Public Private Partnerships. Zini holds a Master’s degree in Public and Development Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science. She has also participated in a range of short courses related to training and facilitation, leadership development and organisational development. (Available 2020)
