It encompasses the varied ways people think, process information, and approach challenges, including differences in educational background, life experience, socioeconomic status, and personal values.
In this online workshop, we explore the breadth and depth of Diversity and better understand the complexities of working with Diversity. (The prerequisite for this workshop is Module 1 – Why DEI?)
