– Better understand how unconscious biases are formed early in life, influenced by family, culture, media, and personal experiences.
– Learn how automatic, unintentional stereotypes and attitudes affect how we perceive and interact with others, often without our awareness.
– Explore how these biases often lead to decisions that may be unfair or discriminatory.
