Join us on 7 June 2025 from 09:00-13:00 SAST for our online introduction to working with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) – a Training of Trainers. In this online workshop, we will explore ‘why DEI’. This involves better understanding the need for this work, as well as growing our self-awareness and the ability to self-manage in the process of working with DEI. The workshop is designed for anyone who would like to strengthen their skills in working with DEI, including (but not limited to) facilitators, trainers, coaches, consultants, senior leaders, HR practitioners, educators and community workers. This workshop is both a valuable stand alone, and lays the foundation for the comprehensive DEI ToT programme.
